Yes. Every machine is inspected and tested for core functionality before it’s listed. Detailed specs and real photos are provided. ​ Some machines may require minor servicing, such as replacing consumable parts.
“Sold as-is” means the machine is sold in its current condition, as shown in the photos and description.
Most machines are operational . Some may need minor servicing like new batteries or squeegees.
No. Unless we say otherwise, everything is sold as-is. We believe in being honest, not making things look shiny.
No. All equipment is sold as-is with no warranties or returns.  Ask us all your questions before buying to be sure of your choice.
Yes, we can hold a machine for a short period with a deposit. Contact us to discuss.
Yes. We can coordinate shipping across Canada and the U.S. using trusted freight carriers. Provide your zip/postal code for a quote.
Inspect upon delivery, note damage on the delivery slip, and contact us immediately to help with a freight claim.
Absolutely. Visits by appointment are possible if you’re near our storage locations. Contact us to schedule.

We recommend local technicians. We may be able to suggest service providers in your area.
